In his earlier career Robin served as an Army Officer for 14 years in Germany, the UK (including the Ministry of Defence) and with the United Nations on peacekeeping duties. Back in civilian life he gained executive recruitment experience with the Tribal Group and Capita, and with the international recruitment and develop firm Mercurial Urval.
Robin jointed us in late 2010 and leads our Health sector practice. He has worked on executive and non-executive appointments across the public sector, and his primary focus has been working with our Health team to develop our presence in the sector and establishing the Practice as the pre-eminent executive recruiter to the NHS.

Robin was awarded his MBE in 1996.
