Eleanor has over 20 years’ experience within the field of recruitment including 10 years within the field of Interim Health and Care.
She partners with Health Clients who are seeking interim solutions to short term gaps in their leadership structures, supporting them with sourcing Executive and Managerial Talent to further new projects or structural changes. Her relationship with candidates enables her to leverage her network to source the very best available talent to fulfil client’s urgent and immediate leadership vacancy requests whilst also providing interim professionals with opportunities to advance their careers.
Eleanor’s remit covers the North and Midlands and she works with a wide variety of NHS Organisations and Health Boards. She and her team regularly recruit to Director level and Senior Management posts in both operational or corporate support functions in the NHS and other Board level roles including Interim CEO, COO, CFO, Chief People Officers, Directors of Strategy and Transformation, Chief Nurses, and Medical Directors.
Beyond this, Eleanor is also the Chair of our internal Women’s Affinity Group which is one of our ‘Employee Voice’ steering groups. In this role she engages and works with several colleagues across our business to encourage ideas, steer conversations and facilitate action plans which ultimately aim to increase our employee engagement.
Eleanor holds an undergraduate degree in English and Creative Writing as well as an MSc in Human Resource Management. She is also CIPD qualified.
Eleanor loves spending time with her young daughter as well as running and keeping fit and has now completed 3 marathons in Manchester, Paris, and Vancouver. One day she might train again for another in Norway!
