Melanie brings over 20 years’ experience of supporting Boards, Executives, Governors, and Members with senior appointments across the UK. She specialises in recruiting senior Executives and Non-Executives to a range of Health and Social Care settings in the NHS, regulators, private healthcare, government, social enterprise, and the Not-for-Profit sector, including appointments across organisations to support joint and cross agency working.
She has particular expertise in working with organisations undergoing major transition or merger, regularly appointing whole Boards, and facilitating complex stakeholder events. Additionally, she brings significant experience of transitioning individuals across sectors and bringing commercial skills into the public sector.
Melanie is also an experienced career coach working with senior leaders across the NHS and broader public sector. She has led on the design and delivery of many large-scale complex projects including new exec or NED teams for start-ups and major transformation.
