Julia St Clare

Julia brings over 25 years recruitment and HR experience drawn from across the public sector. Prior to moving into Executive Search she was a Senior HR Business Partner for two Government Department’s leading on senior workforce development.

Julia has worked with several search firms supporting executive placements across the public sector and has led on complex international searches across FMCG, Retail, Oil, Gas, Mining and Technology. As a Senior Consultant and the Research Lead for the Health Practice, Julia utilises her extensive experience of managing complex Executive and Non-Executive Board appointments across the NHS, CICs and Independent healthcare providers, as well as leading our research function.
