Tim Hills

Before joining us, Tim was part of the leadership team of a large city-centre church in Leeds. Tim is now part of a dedicated team of Research Consultants who lead the identification and attraction of high-quality candidates.

He has worked across a broad range of sectors, supporting a variety of clients recruiting to executive and non-executive positions. Tim currently specialises in Local Government appointments and leads on research within the Housing sector.

Recent successful assignments include the Chief Executive of a large unitary authority and high-profile Chair appointments at two leading housing associations.
