Philip is a Senior Consultant in our Local Government and Housing Team. He joined us in 2010, and before this had spent over 4 years in private sector recruitment. Whilst here he has built a reputation and expertise in Local Government and Social Care recruitment.

He has an extensive knowledge of the recruitment market, with networks nationwide. Philip spent many years in our Research Team where he was responsible for a team delivering our candidate resourcing and research for challenging senior leadership roles in the sector. In his role as a Consultant, Philip supports the end-to-end delivery of assignments from initial proposal and briefing, through to interviewing, final panel and offer stage.
