Chantelle is an Executive Search Consultant in our Housing practice, proud to support the sector in finding and securing the very best talent. Passionate about inclusive recruitment processes, she enjoys advising on methods to increase the diversity of candidate pools. Furthermore, she encourages emerging talent from minority groups and has recently achieved her Level 7 qualification in coaching and mentoring.
She is a vastly experienced recruiter, adept at navigating a variety of sectors and functions. Based in the South West of England, she partners with Housing clients on Executive and Non-Executive appointments in the region and nationally, and has an interest in housing development companies.
Previously, she was Head of Talent at GatenbySanderson, leading our internal recruitment as part of our HR team. As a business partner to our leadership team, she developed our own hiring strategies and values-led recruitment processes, in addition to personally sourcing great talent.
Before GatenbySanderson, Chantelle worked in the Co-op’s Executive Resourcing team, based in the Manchester head office, recruiting across the top 200 population of leaders in this £11bn turnover member-owned organisation.
Her earlier career had foundations in executive research, from executive search through to talent mapping and competitor intelligence projects for clients ranging from the public sector through to FTSE 100 businesses.
