Julie Myers

Julie began her career as a Trading Standards Officer in local Government and drew on that experience to help establish the Legal Services Board. She has been a Chair and Trustee of a social justice charity and acted as a Restorative Justice Panel Member in the youth justice system.

Throughout her career, Julie has worked closely with public appointees, including Chairs, NEDS and advisory Panel Members, and brings in-depth understanding of public sector governance and the invaluable contribution public appointees make to the UK economy and beyond.

Working extensively in regulation, she has delivered policy and corporate functions in a number of environments including statutory corporations and NDPBs, professional regulation and the NHS. As a senior leader, she has recruited and worked within leadership teams to drive transformational change for consumers and citizens in sectors as varied as telecommunications and legal services. In addition, Julie brings extensive public sector client-side insight to our Central Government team.
