Rosanne joined us in October 2022 as a Principal Researcher focusing on the identification and attraction of diverse talent across public and private sectors. She specialises in recruiting to Senior Civil Service, Executive Leadership and Non-Executive roles in Central Government, Faith, and Regulatory organisations.

She has over 30 years Executive Search experience leading research teams and senior appointments in the UK and Internationally. During her career she has recruited for companies in: Aerospace; Automotive; Transport and Logistics; Private Equity; Pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech; Information Technology; Financial Services; Consumer; Retail; Engineering; Media and Communications; Arts, Leisure, and Tourism; Faith Organisations; Higher Education; Not-for-profit and Public sector.

Rosanne has led research on over 600 senior level projects to appoint Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, Trustees, C-Suite, and Divisional Directors for FTSE 250 and AIM listed businesses, Private Equity Portfolio and Privately owned companies as well as Not-for-profit organisations.

Notable recent searches include Chair of HM Courts and Tribunals Service; Non-Trustee members for the Church of England Pensions Board Investment Committee; Diocesan Secretary and Chief Executive Officer for St Asaph, The Church of Wales; Non-Executive Directors for the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman; Director General, Tax & Welfare for HM Treasury, Chief Executive Officer for National Savings and Investments and Chief Executive Officer for the Independent Monitoring Authority.

Rosanne graduated from Warwick Business School with an MA in Industrial Relations having previously been awarded a multi-disciplinary BA (Hons) degree in Education Studies from the University of Warwick.
