Andra Parvu

Andra joined GatenbySanderson with prior public sector Executive Search experience and a strong research background across regulated public and private sectors, spanning both executive and non-executive appointments. She began her career in Private Healthcare Executive Search and Advisory, building a solid foundation in complex, regulated markets. Since early 2025, Andra has focused exclusively on delivery, working on Central Government, Defence and Transport assignments for a leading London-based public sector executive search firm.

As a Delivery Consultant supporting the Social Housing team, Andra leads the successful delivery of senior national appointments, partnering with a broad range of housing associations, local authorities and customers. She is responsible for managing executive search mandates end-to-end, fostering high-quality relationships with both candidates and clients, sharing market insight, and supporting continuous improvement across the Housing practice.

Andra brings experience delivering and researching assignments across the full spectrum of business functions, including Board and Leadership, Finance, Operations and Commercial, and Corporate Services. Her exposure to public, privately owned, private equity-backed, independent, not-for-profit and international organisations within regulated environments gives her valuable insight into diverse operating models, ways of working and strategic requirements.

She holds an MSc in Security Management and Intelligence and a BSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and is passionate about gender equity in the workplace, alongside continuous learning and professional development.
