Orla joined GatenbySanderson in January 2022 as a member of our Assistant Researcher rotation, gaining experience across each of our core practice areas. Orla was formally appointed as a researcher in our Central Government and Regulation practice and has since been promoted to Senior Researcher within the team in 2026.
Recent clients Orla has worked with have included: The Home Office, The Local Government Boundary Commission for England, St Helena Government, The Solicitors Regulation Authority and the General Medical Council. Orla is also a member of our CSR Group.
Prior to joining GatenbySanderson, Orla worked within the Civil Service and other charitable organisations. She holds an undergraduate degree in History and an MA in International Relations and National Security Studies, both from the University of Liverpool.
