Jennie has over ten years’ experience in executive search, and to date has worked on over two hundred assignments as a researcher or consultant. She began her career at a boutique executive search firm as a research generalist with a particular focus on searches for Not-For-Profit sector clients. Jennie was seconded to a partner search firm in New Zealand for a year in 2014 before returning as an Associate Consultant, working on some of the most prominent searches in the Not-for-Profit space.
Jennie joined Gatenby Sanderson as a Principal Researcher in 2023.
Jennie has a degree in Classics and English from Oxford University.
Her longstanding interest in textile history has led her to study part-time for a Masters in History of Design at Oxford University, where she is currently completing her dissertation on knitwear trends of the 1980s.
