Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search, with wide-ranging networks across the Not for Profit, local and central government, commercial, health, and education sectors.

Now based in Essex, her early career was spent working with Ernst & Young in South Africa assisting their Financial Services Recruitment Practice to place qualified accountants in the UK before moving to the UK herself. She went on to gain extensive research experience across a variety of sectors before specialising in the Not for Profit sector for the last 14 years. Michelle is part of our growing team of specialist researchers focused on the Not for Profit Sector and personally leads searches at Chair/Trustee, CEO and Director level.

Examples of some of her assignments include Chairs for MS Society, Social Care Institute for Excellence, Papworth Trust, NatCen; Chair, Vice Chair and Trustees for St Anne’s Community Services; Chair and Trustees for The Bell Foundation; Trustees for the Canal & River Trust, Historic Royal Palaces, Royal Collection Trust, Epilepsy Society, Amnesty International UK, The Premier League Charitable Fund, Picker, Nesta and Independent Age as well as Chief Executives for Action for Children, WithYou, Care City and Adoption UK.
