Adeline began her recruitment career in 2008, working across various sectors and levels. Managing teams and offering bespoke solutions to business, she developed her Business Consulting skills including HR services and Industrial Relations Specialist support. With a desire to see upskilling in the candidate market, she partnered with training providers to offer specialised and bespoke training, learnerships and internships in the relevant sectors.

After relocating to the UK and four years prior to joining GatenbySanderson, Adeline was driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world of education and directed her expertise towards the Education sector. Placing skilled professionals in the sector, she demonstrated her ongoing commitment to identifying and attracting candidates to meet diverse needs in different areas.

Adeline joined GatenbySanderson in July 2023 as a Senior Consultant and focuses on Interim Leadership within Education. Understanding the need for highly skilled and experienced Interim candidates who can immediately deliver, she is committed to linking and supporting the best individuals for the job. With a solution focused mindset, she understands the need for business continuity and offers support for specific projects or during a transitionary period.
