Alison Elton

Ali has spent the last 13 years working in Higher Education within both Professional and Commercial Services.

Joining us from Warwick Employment Group, where she worked at Director level, Ali has extensive experience of delivering commercial revenue along with generating projects across both Russell Group and Post-92 institutions to improve the student experience.

Her experience includes close work with senior leadership teams to improve teaching practice; and delivering positive institutional change across a wide range of academic disciplines. Her passion and area of special interest is in improving the student experience.

Ali works in partnership with universities to source the diverse leadership talent required to make higher education a value for money investment.
