Nick Ogden

Nick has over 10 years’ recruitment experience gained across Health, Charities, Education Providers, and the Public Sector, he has been at GatenbySanderson since 2021.  Nick manages the interim leadership offering for the South of England, partnering with NHS organisations and other healthcare focussed organisations who are seeking solutions whilst they go through a period of transition or require support for a specific project, placing board level to mid-management interims.

The interim roles he commonly recruits for include Interim CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Chief People Officers, Directors of Strategy and Transformation, Chief Nurses, and Medical Directors.

Nick can also support with interim appointments for Senior Managers, Deputy Directors, and Directors for the following functions: Operations, Turnaround/Transformation, Project/Programme Management, Finance / Financial performance delivery, Governance and Risk, People, Workforce and OD, IT and Digital Transformation, Estates and Facilities, Nursing and Quality, Commercial Development and Bid Management.

Nick is an avid tennis player who loves watching Wimbledon and is an LTA qualified coach.
