Sara is dedicated to connecting with senior and executive professionals within the NHS across the UK. Her primary focus is on establishing and nurturing strong, professional relationships. These connections play a crucial role in promptly addressing the urgent leadership staffing needs of clients, while also offering interim professionals opportunities for career advancement.

Sara and her team excel in recruiting for Director-level and Senior Management roles across both operational and corporate support functions in the NHS. Additionally, the team focus in identifying candidates for high-level positions, including Interim CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Chief People Officers, Directors of Strategy, and Medical Directors.

Sara’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Before joining GatenbySanderson, Sara worked in recruitment for a total of 4 years, with 2 years specialising in the public sector.

Outside of work, Sara loves being active, which includes the gym, hiking, and sports. One of her other main hobbies is cooking; she relishes the challenge of trying out new recipes.
