Devon supports the end-to-end delivery of executive search campaigns. Drawing on prior experience of translating and interpreting government and military programmes, Devon brings extensive experience of working in challenging environments with a broad range of stakeholders.

Devon’s experience includes engaging and supporting the most senior Government officials and candidates at senior levels of the public and private sectors through public appointments, navigating technical challenges, diary restrictions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout.

Recent successful assignments include the appointment of the CEO of the Infected Blood Compensation Authority, Chief Scientific Adviser at the Home Office, and Chair of the Local Government Boundary Commission for England.
