We are seeking to appoint two senior colleagues (the Associate Dean for Student Experience and Quality Assurance and the Associate Dean for External Relations) who will share our passion and commitment in providing leadership and strategic direction to the School, ensuring that it is well placed to respond to the challenges of 21st century provision. Applicants interested in the Student Experience and Quality Assurance post will have a first degree and a higher degree together with significant higher education experience. 

The Associate Dean for Student Experience and Quality Assurance will have responsibility for a specific portfolio in addition to their core responsibilities, and these will be shaped by the requirements of the University and will reflect the specific expertise and experience available within the team.  

 

The title of professor will be available for a suitably qualified successful candidate. Candidates who wish to apply for the conferment of a professorship must clearly indicate this in their application and comply with the University Procedures of conferment, details of which can be found in the attached below.
