Interim Networking and Development Evening Video
GatenbySanderson recently hosted an interim networking and development evening in London. The focus for our spring event was ‘working with organisational personality types’. In a thought-provoking and entertaining presentation, Fiona Coffey, organisational psychologist and Director of her own consulting firm, illuminated the hidden patterns and working styles of organisations, and how interim leaders can recognise and work more effectively with them.
After viewing Fiona’s presentation or downloading the transcript, you should come away with practical ideas and inspiration for working with the strengths, weaknesses and blindspots of organisational personality, to ensure that your work makes a difference, wherever you go.

Lessons learnt on Joint Working between PCT’s and Local Authorities
Gatenby Sanderson recently hosted a live interactive webcast, presented by Keith Skerman, an experienced senior interim, who shared his experiences of working within the Primary Care and Local Authority Sectors. Raising issues around the challenges of effective joint working, he discussed his observations around PCT separation and NHS Market development and Local Authority personal budget and personalisation agenda.
Keith highlighted the issues of personal choice and control for patients/users and carers in the context of limited resources and different approaches by the NHS and Local Authorities and suggests how integrated services in health and social care can be developed in the face of competition.
