Zoe Bennett

Zoe joined us in 2023 as a Principal Researcher, focusing on the identification and attraction of diverse senior talent across central government, arms‑length bodies and regulators. She specialises in chair and non‑executive roles, as well as senior executive appointments, often for high‑profile and sensitive competitions. She brings more than twenty years’ experience in executive search across public and private sectors.

She has deep experience leading searches across a broad range of government departments, regulatory bodies and national organisations. Since joining, she has supported appointments for clients including the House of Lords, the Department for Transport, the Ministry of Defence, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Gambling Commission, the Government of Jersey and the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

Zoe previously held senior research leadership roles, heading teams of researchers and overseeing delivery, methodology development, quality assurance and the integration of research insights into broader search strategy. Earlier in her career, she held senior consulting and research positions spanning financial services, energy, technology, venture capital and high‑growth markets, delivering both executive and non‑executive assignments across the UK and internationally. She began her career in senior‑level recruitment within specialist markets.
