Kembi joined GatenbySanderson in 2022, bringing with her over a decade of experience in public sector recruitment and HR. She is deeply committed to supporting local authorities to hire exceptional and diverse talent, ensuring leadership teams reflect the communities they serve.

Passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion, Kembi plays an active role in several EDI groups across GS, helping to shape inclusive practices and strengthen representation at all levels. You will often find her attending or leading sector events, including MJ Future Forums and BAME Planners, where she champions opportunities for individuals from underrepresented groups.

Kembi is driven by supporting people with talent, commitment and potential who may simply need guidance, coaching or confidence to take the next step.
