
Jenny is an experienced leadership and talent consultant with a strong track record of designing and delivering impactful development programmes and assessment across the education sector, including work with independent schools, further education colleges, and higher education institutions.
Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of governance, leadership behaviours, and organisational culture which are key areas of focus as the sector navigates strategic change, regulatory expectations, and evolving stakeholder needs. Examples of her work include co-creating a leadership programme for small and specialist Universities, conducting assessments for restructure and development across central government and local government and designing and delivering management development programmes.
She holds a BSc in Psychology from University of Bristol, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London and is currently completing a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology. She is qualified in a range of psychometric tests including Wave Professional Style, OPQ and Hogan Assessments.
