Penny’s early career began in central government before she chose to specialise in psychology. She has worked with clients across all sectors including banking & finance, infrastructure & engineering, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, utilities, health, education, and local government.

She has a combined experience of nearly 30 years working across the public sector and in the talent assessment and leadership development landscape. As a Principal Consultant and Chartered Occupational Psychologist Penny has specific responsibility for managing our contract assessing Senior Civil Servants for central Government where she combines her assessment expertise and experience in managing assessment processes to ensure we continue to deliver a best-in-class service and offer innovative solutions.

Penny has a proven track record of consistently and successfully delivering value to her clients through creating and matching effective solutions to address organisational needs and ensuring the successful delivery of them. Her expertise is in the design and delivery of assessment and development solutions with a capacity to manage large and complex interventions. Within this she has developed a broad experience ranging from the more technical creation of behavioural measurement tools to the assessment of potential as part of cross-organisational succession planning to the delivery of bespoke leadership development training.
