Prior to joining us David worked as a Selection and Assessment Manager in several education charities, with responsibility for scheduling, designing, delivering, and evaluating fair, valid and reliable assessments and development centres for graduate recruitment and other high-volume programmes. They have experience designing and delivering programme improvements and new assessments at short notice, as well as delivering impactful and useful training. They also spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives within and outside these organisations.
They work within the Leadership & Talent Consultancy, with their work spanning several sectors but with a particular focus on Regulation. Working in close partnership with their fellow Leadership & Talent Assessment consultants David results in delivering world-class and innovative assessment and development initiatives.
David holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology. They are a Graduate Member of the BPS and is qualified in a number of psychometric tests.
In their spare time, David is an avid reader, theatregoer, and traveller.
David’s career highlights are when they have been able to marry their passions for organisation psychology and inclusivity to make the workplace an environment where everyone can thrive. Since gaining a place on the Stonewall Young Leaders programme at the beginning of their career, they have continued to put this passion into action, whether this is volunteering at or contributing to initiatives within charities, setting up or leading aspects of affinity groups in the workplace, taking on the role of Disability Champion at a previous organisation, or conducting research on authentic leadership in teachers.
