Lindsey Stafford-Scott is the Chief People Officer at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Lindsey leads the development and implementation of the people strategy and culture change initiatives for over 6,000 staff across two hospital sites and community services. With over 15 years of experience in executive HR roles in various public sector organizations, Lindsey has successfully delivered transformational projects, improved employee engagement, and enhanced performance management.
