Commenting on her decision to join GatenbySanderson, Charlotte said:
I am thrilled to be joining GS at a time of immense change where the importance of recruiting and developing the right people has taken on an even bigger significance. This includes how organisations redesign recruitment and workforce planning approaches to make a greater impact. I look forward to ensuring we in GS are supporting our clients across all their talent needs.
As an Executive Search Partner, Charlotte’s approach is to work collaboratively across GS, working with clients using insights to attract, recruit, on board and develop talent, that is committed to positively leading a diverse workforce to deliver strategic goals, sustainable outcomes and excellent services.
