We are at the forefront of making a difference to people’s lives.

A socially minded business that provides nearly 13,500 homes for social and affordable rent across Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire, and Staffordshire, we have ambitious plans to grow up to 16,000 homes by 2025. In addition, our Group is an innovative and well recognised provider of care, and we also have an award winning repairs service. Strong partnerships with residents and service users ensure that all of our teams are focused on improving quality and choice, and having issued a £250m bond in 2019 as part of major financial restructuring, we are able to invest confidently to ensure that we keep, and stay, ahead.

It’s an exciting time to join us as we grow, invest and deliver positive community outcomes. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive, our new Executive Director of Finance will work in close partnership with the Board and Executive Directors, influencing organisation-wide issues. With a broad portfolio, including treasury and the development team, this is a career enhancing opportunity to influence one of the largest social housing providers in the West Midlands.

As an engaging and collaborative financial professional with experience of a regulated environment, you’ll either be a current or aspirant Executive Director with strategic leadership experience gained within a culture of positive change and transformation. Results driven, and with a track record of success in a broad-ranging role, you’ll bring the enthusiasm and energy to ensure that our Group reaches its considerable potential over the coming years.
