We are looking for a Director of People to join us at a very exciting time as we continue to innovate, improve, transform and ultimately deliver the very highest standards of care to the service users and communities that we serve. Working as a member of the Trust Executive; and with an approach rooted in collaboration and engagement, the appointed individual will lead the development of innovative People, Culture and Organisational Development strategies. By working in partnership with staff across the organisation, this will be a role focussed on embedding Trust values and behaviours and encouraging creativity in order to facilitate the provision of modernised, service user focused services.
We are seeking an individual as passionate as we are about supporting and developing our people. With experience of operating at Director level, you will bring strong organisational development expertise and a track record of having successfully delivered major organisational change projects within an environment of comparable complexity. Strategic in approach, with a commitment to ensuring engagement and ownership at all levels of an organisation, your ability to give creative thought to ever evolving workforce challenges and inspire confidence among staff and our wider stakeholders will be key. Above all else we are seeking an individual who will lead and develop our workforce in a way which actively and positively supports the Trust’s mission, values and commitment to putting our Service Users first.
