At Progress Housing Group, every decision we make is driven by our purpose of creating safe, secure homes and stronger communities, supporting independence so that everyone can live their best life. Our financial strength, excellent reputation and ambitious plans have positioned us for the next phase of our growth and transformation. As a member of our Executive Team, you will join a collaborative, values-led organisation where people matter, innovation is encouraged, and your leadership will positively impact our tenants, customers and communities.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a broad and influential executive portfolio spanning Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Governance and Business Assurance. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive, you will play a central role in shaping organisational strategy, supporting investment and growth opportunities, strengthening resilience and ensuring outstanding governance and financial stewardship. You will work closely with the Board, Executive Team colleagues and key stakeholders to drive performance, enable innovation and ensure long-term sustainability and exceptional tenant and customer outcomes.

We are seeking an inspirational and collaborative leader who combines commercial acumen with a strong social purpose. A qualified finance professional (CCAB or CIMA), you will bring significant senior leadership experience, Board-level credibility and expertise across finance, governance and organisational assurance within a complex environment. Equally important is your ability to build trusted relationships, lead and develop high-performing teams, embrace innovation and create a culture where people can thrive. Whether your experience has been gained within social housing or another regulated sector, you will be motivated by the opportunity to help define the future direction of a purpose-driven organisation.

At Progress Housing Group, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and able to be themselves. We actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, recognising that diverse leadership helps us better serve our tenants, customers, colleagues and communities.
