Nancy Scott and Gary Evans, members of our local government team, are delighted to be supporting BAME Planners Network for Coaching 101, a three session programme organised as part of the network’s aim to increase the number of Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic Planners in senior management positions within the planning profession.
Coaching 101 is for all planners irrespective of race or ethnicity seeking to progress to middle or senior management positions; the programme will be facilitated by Nancy and Gary with the aim to suport the development of personal leadership skills and increase understanding of how to prepare for leadership roles.
