As the programme draws to a close, we would like to thank you all for your continued commitment and contribution to all the activities as this has helped to make this programme a success. With over 60% of participants taking the step to apply for a new role and 30% being promoted or finding a new role before the programme has even come to a close, Leadership NOW! has been a huge success! Well done to everyone on successfully completing the programme.
