Recent successes include the appointments of Head of Paid Service (CEO) role at St Helena Government, CEO of island’s energy company, Connect Saint Helena Ltd, and Prison Governor for HMP La Moye for Government of Jersey.
In Wales, we supported Careers Wales to appoint four diverse Board members (all first time NEDs), and S4C to appoint a new Chair and Board members, several of whom were Welsh-speaking. We are now partnering Welsh Government on the design of a new inclusive public appointments framework and entry pathways programme.
In Scotland, we have recently concluded searches for a new Audit Chair and People NXD for Scottish Government, five Board members for Crown Estate Scotland and Audit Chair and NEDs at Scottish Environment Protection Agency. From large agency leadership roles like Scottish Funding Council CEO to start-up smaller organisations with national impact like Scottish Food Commission, we have consistently delivered choice and diversity. Both appointees to these roles were female.
