We expect all researchers to probe candidates, offering information and feedback and to analyse market feedback and record and share this information widely through our database and weekly client progress reports. Working on four assignments at any one time, the role will be responsible for ensuring that client, consultant and candidate experiences are exemplary, with expectations being set appropriately throughout the project(s). This Research role will remain involved from early pipeline through until long listing has been completed.

Depending on the level you join, your role may be required to contribute to proposals, carry out sifts or play a valuable role within client meetings. We also encourage Research to be at the heart of content creation for thought leadership, social media updates, articles in industry publications and Practice insights.
