Welcome to SettleParadigm, a newly formed housing association that’s the result of the merger between Settle Group and Paradigm Housing Group. With just over 30,000 homes, we are the largest housing association operating in the region. Our size will mean we are able to benefit from economies of scale, while delivering truly local services to residents.

Over the coming months, we’ll be working with residents, colleagues, and partners to develop a new corporate plan for SettleParadigm. This plan will set out our long-term priorities and how we’ll deliver them. Everything we do will remain focused on delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising the number of new affordable homes we build. We strongly believe we can do this more effectively as one organisation.

As we grow, we have an opportunity for a new Non-Executive Director to join our Common Board. We are ambitious and require an experienced customer‑focused Board member who can champion the intelligent use of data, ensuring that performance information and customer feedback are translated into meaningful insight that drives improvement. A strong record in systems and service transformation, digital/IT strategy or digital leadership in a complex, regulated environment is required. You will be skilled at interpreting detailed performance information and drawing clear, evidence‑based conclusions. Your leadership style will be inclusive, confident and collaborative, enabling you to work effectively with members who bring both professional expertise and lived experience. Previous non‑executive experience, ideally in a similar operating context, is desirable.

In return, we offer you the chance to be part of something brand new. We are ambitious, we’re striving for excellence and we are committed to we’re building a better future for our residents.  For further information and to view the candidate pack, please click the ‘Continue’ button below.
