A community of people, working together with customers to close the equality gap and to show others how we create a fairer society

The Calico Group, founded in 2000, has evolved from a small housing provider into a diverse group of specialist companies and charities. Our unified purpose is to provide quality services that make a real difference to people's lives. With a strong focus on social impact, we offer a wide range of services including housing, healthcare, support, employability, and construction.

As Group Board Chair, you will lead The Calico Group Board to ensure it remains high-performing, forward-looking, resilient and strategically focused. Supporting the development of an effective and cohesive Board, you will set the tone for integrity, transparency and collaborative stewardship, promoting a governance culture grounded in openness, constructive challenge, and sound judgement.

We are looking for an inspirational Chair with:

  • Proven senior governance leadership
  • Experience in regulated environments (If not from a regulated environment, then an exceptional leader of a local business)
