This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity to help shape the future of our evolving Group. As COO, you will lead our professional services teams, support long term strategic planning, and ensure strong governance, compliance and organisational effectiveness. Working closely with our incoming Executive Head, Dr Chris Stevens, and senior leaders across our organisation, you will play a central role in driving excellence, operational resilience and continuous improvement across an ambitious and expanding organisation.

You will bring exceptional strategic and communication skills, sound judgement, commercial acumen and a proven ability to lead high performing teams.
