Environment

Much of our work is at the heart of the green economy – across sustainability, nature recovery and protected landscapes. We help our clients play their invaluable roles in contributing to sustainable economic growth, delivering our path to net zero, reducing biodiversity loss and encouraging nature recovery.

In our central government practice, we work with a wide range of clients to help identify leaders who can bring passion, perspective, and subject matter expertise to organisations on the frontline of environmental sustainability. From providing inspiring place-based leadership to our wonderful National Parks, developing inclusive strategies for active travel to safeguarding animal and plant health, we use our extensive networks across the public, private and third sectors across the UK and overseas to find candidates with the aptitude and skills needed.

Our recent clients have included the Animal and Plant Health Agency, National Park Authorities across England and Wales, Natural England and Active Travel England, the Office for Environmental Protection and E3G.

Central to our success in placing brilliant people into brilliant roles has been our ability to bring diversity of talent to the fore, enabling our clients to look outside of their traditional talent pools by providing, search, selection and assessment processes that demonstrate values, aptitude and transferability of experience.
