Paul Aristides

Paul previously worked in higher education and professional education before moving to Executive Search. He initially worked at CIPFA in their education directorate for seven years, then later had three years at the London School of Economics and Political Science in senior management positions.

He brings over sixteen years of experience working in executive search within the education sector and works with universities, multi-academy trusts and colleges, but also at the interface between education and government. His wealth of experience working within the Education world has led to long term partnerships and relationships with a range of organisations, especially in further education.  For the last six years, Paul has also supported CEOs and aspiring CEOs in the FE sector through the Education and Training Foundation leadership programmes.

Paul is a graduate of King’s College London.
