Oxford Medical is the leading provider of professional development for doctors, delivering leadership, communication, teaching skills and interview‑preparation training to around 5,000 professionals each year. Now part of Reducate – a rapidly expanding European EdTech group aiming to become the leader in online CPD – we are entering a significant phase of growth. With strengthened collaboration across brands such as Learna and increasing digital capability, including innovative use of AI, we are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Product and Growth to shape our portfolio’s future.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Courses Manager and Learna colleagues, you will lead the commercial development, positioning and long‑term strategy of the Oxford Medical portfolio. Acting as the brand’s entrepreneur, you will build customer insight, set priorities and identify product and commercial opportunities with 3–5‑year impact. You will segment the portfolio, refine propositions and ensure we remain the leading choice for doctors seeking high‑quality professional learning.

You will also collaborate with Learna on online learning subscription propositions and build partnerships with government bodies, professional associations, educators and technology partners to expand reach and relevance. You will apply analytical rigour, curiosity and a data‑led mindset to evaluate performance, guide investment and optimise outcomes.

We are seeking someone with strong experience in product, portfolio or business management in B2B or B2C services, ideally in education or digital learning. You will be commercially minded, strategically strong, influential without direct line management, and enthusiastic about technology‑enabled growth, including AI‑driven innovation.
