“Inspiring spaces, real connection, vital action”

The UK’s 15 National Parks are among our most treasured landscapes – places of extraordinary natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, and vital ecological importance. Each Park is unique, yet together they represent the diverse and dynamic character of the UK’s natural environment. National Parks Partnerships (NPP) exists to support and enhance these special places by creating and managing high-value, strategic partnerships that deliver tangible benefits for nature, people, and place.

We are now seeking our first Chief Executive – a visionary, commercially astute and creative leader who will shape the next chapter of NPP’s development. This is a rare opportunity to lead a small, high-performing team and work alongside a committed Board of commercial and National Park leaders to scale our impact and ambition.

You will bring a proven track record of developing and delivering strategic partnerships, building compelling brand propositions, and driving revenue growth. You will be a natural collaborator and communicator, able to convene diverse stakeholders around shared goals and navigate complex agendas with confidence and clarity.

This is a role for a bold and imaginative leader – someone who sees opportunity where others see challenge, and who is motivated by the chance to make a lasting difference. You will be joining an agile, creative and expert team that has already delivered an impressive portfolio of partnerships, and you will have the freedom to shape a role with no blueprint, but with huge potential.

If you are inspired by the opportunity to help secure the future of the UK’s National Parks and to lead a purpose-driven organisation with ambition and heart, we would love to hear from you.
