As part of our International Women's Day celebrations, Ainslie Wilson-Shearer, our Inclusion & Diversity Manager, spoke to some of our colleagues at early or mid-level stages of their careers, discussing their career journeys and what motivates them.

Anna Scaife and Sarah Cripps talk about their career aspiration after joining us as Graduate Researchers, and having already progressed to Researchers. Sundas Gull talks about the positives of agile working, and Delicia Coutinho discusses the fantastic extra opportunities she's been able to get involved in, such as mentoring and diversity programmes. Tolu Odedoyin talks about the importance of support from people around her to keep her motivated and to be able to manage her workload, learning and hobbies. Ellie Masters-Gregory and Rebecca Lamb talk about how their aspirations have changed over time and the importance of the support they've received to allow them to adapt and fulfill their new aspiration.
