Two new leadership workshops from our leadership development team:

Created by: Liaquat Lal, Partner – Leadership & Talent Consultancy, our expert in Leadership, management, organisational development and change.

1. Transcultural Leadership

Subject Area – Personal Effectiveness
Subject – Making an Impact

  • Delivery – Face to Face or Virtual
  • Length – 1 Day

Overview
Modern leadership development has been dominated by western and Eurocentric models of academic thought and research. This has created a biased and narrow perspective on the concept and principles of leadership and its subsequent development. As the impact of exponential change continues to create uncertainty and complexity the need for agile, adapting, fluid and sophisticated leadership has never been greater.

This workshop opens the transcultural dimensions of leadership introducing leadership philosophies and approaches from around the world. It will provide participants the opportunity to understand and apply leadership thinking from Africa, the Middle East and East Asia.

Who is this for?
Senior managers and leaders working with complexity and uncertainty wanting a different approach to key challenges.

2. Leading Generations

Subject Area – Personal Effectiveness
Subject – Making an Impact

  • Delivery – Face to Face or Virtual

Overview
For the first time in the history of the workplace, we have four different and distinct generations working together. Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z are all contributing to workplace culture and sharing resources which is creating a unique workplace dynamic. As leaders and managers how do you ensure all generations feel included and valued.

This workshop will provide key insight to each generation identifying work trends, themes and behaviours. As people managers you will develop confidence and strategies to understand and lead teams comprising multi generations.

Who is this for?
All people managers and leaders responsible for multi-generational teams.
