Lizzie Buswell

Lizzie forms part of our Local Government team at GatenbySanderson, responsible for attracting, recruiting and securing high-quality candidates across the UK. Lizzie currently specialises in Community Protection appointments.

Lizzie has worked in private sector recruitment since 2018 and is excited to bring her skills to the public sector. Lizzie has worked in candidate and client management and has strong experience recruiting for a variety of different positions across EMEA, APAC and the USA covering healthcare, legal, marketing, finance, technology and HR. Lizzie has recruited for a variety of roles and has a substantial grasp of recruitment tools, processes and procedures with robust interviewing know-how. Lizzie has mentored and trained other recruiters and has a sound knowledge of cultural needs and differences in hiring.

Out of work, Lizzie volunteers as an adult leader with her local Girlguiding Brownie unit.
