If so, this is a great time to join us at Livv and continue progressing your career as we develop our next Corporate Plan. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping us define our strategic priorities to ensure that we deliver the best possible value for our customers and communities.

Owning and managing around 13,000 homes across the Liverpool City Region and the North West, we provide safe and warm homes for our 28,000 customers. We’re here to help people live happy, successful and fulfilled lives in diverse, welcoming places where they want to stay. Our prime objective is to work alongside our customers and local, regional and national partners to be the provider of choice for great homes and much more.

Our new Executive Director of Finance will lead a high-performing directorate responsible for finance, development, investment, risk, audit, assurance, and business intelligence. This is a pivotal role for us which combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring compliance, value for money, and data-driven decision-making across our ambitious Group.

You will be a fully qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA) with extensive strategic financial management experience from organisations of similar scale and complexity. Significant experience at Executive or Director level in social housing or a directly comparable and similarly highly regulated environment will be essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a G1/V1-rated housing association with a clear purpose and vision.
