Ellie Hurst

Ellie joined GatenbySanderson in May 2024 and specialises in searches that need a high level of candidate care, insight and relationship building. She was previously the first in-house executive search consultant for senior appointments in Canterbury Christ Church University. Before this, Ellie worked for a boutique executive search firm as Head of Research and later Associate Consultant, specialising in senior Higher Education appointments.

Ellie has an MA in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in Education and MSc in Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church University.
