Eleanor Pugh recently joined us to further enhance our health team offering; she strengthens our health team by providing a designated resource to interim leadership.
She is an experienced recruiter and brings a wealth of experience within recruitment and the health sector, and will be working closely with Justine Fisher, Head of Interim Leadership and Robin Staveley, Practice Lead Health.
The demand for interim roles in healthcare has never been greater and providers’ need experienced senior staff to drive cost improvement or transformation work. At the same time many more healthcare professionals are looking to interim work as a means to achieve more flexible work patterns.
Eleanor will be working with NHS organisations nationwide to source and place suitable candidate for interim positions and fixed term contracts from Board Level to mid management across both operational and support functions.
