Leadership and Talent development experts Barry McNeill and Amanda Clarke recently joined our Leadership and Talent Consultancy practice to further support our clients in building high performing, motivated and resilient leadership teams with robust governance.
Barry joins as Partner and Practice Lead, and brings deep expertise supporting senior leadership teams to drive meaningful change with their teams and across their organisation. He has a proven track record driving the commercial growth of leadership and talent management services. Commenting on joining us, Barry said;

Amanda join as Principal Consultant, and is an award-winning entrepreneur, Non-Executive Director, speaker, facilitator, and writer. She uses the world’s best tools and technologies for enhanced performance, including accelerated learning, coaching, information absorption and behavioural communication. She has developed and scaled innovative talent development services for both private and public sector clients. She recently wrote a blog on Mindfulness practices that you can read here.
