We are currently conducting market research to assess the behaviours and skills needed to deliver successful transformation within public life. 

As so many senior interims are deployed to oversee change and transformation programmes, we are keen to gauge their views on the success, or failure, in leading strategic change. This short survey is part of our research to explore both the skills and psychology of change leadership.
