There are some examples of organisations who have followed through on these pledges (made during BLM 2020). But I have to say the vast majority there is still a big question mark how serious they are. It’s great that some of them have made pledges, some of them may have sponsored Black History Month events, that’s nice. But how are they now translating that into their core business?
